Well, moi's friend Jamie (aka Bianca) was celebrating both her birthday AND the first anniversary of her hair salon, so when she issued an invitation, moi was compelled to attend to commemorate this dual event. Moi knows that you may think the picture shown on the left is mere crass commercialism, and you would be right, just as you would be correct in thinking that the picture on the right is a study in sheer pulchritude. Greeting moi when moi arrived, and inviting moi to sample the assembled foods (it WAS a Filipina party, after all) was Jamie (the Tgirl formerly know as Bianca). .

The presentation of the foodstuffs was marred only by SOME DUDE who chanced to be grazing when moi's camera caught the overall presentation. .

Now THIS is how one is supposed to POSE in front of food. .

Jamie introduced moi to the evening's musical entertainment... .

...who turned out to be none other than perennial TWG Renee, demonstrating a facility for fingerpickin' of which moi was previously unaware. .

In close attendance with the music was Apple, whom moi had not seen in a month of Sundays. .
