Well, moi thinks you might think that moi should be ashamed of moi's self - all that build up on the previous page and precious little pay off at the end. Moi should be ashamed, but moi is not; moi is simply indulging in anticipation building. Was moi successful in tempting you to press on? Well, you are here, aren't you? Moi's strategy is vindicated, and moi did it without benefit of butt shot, to boot.

Note the recurring leitmotif of Nikki in the background, save for her own time at the microphone and with the girl following her. Kinda cool, huh?

Let's take a moment to serenade them before we choose three finalists

The format requires the obligatory asking of questions

And the awarding of special prizes, like Miss Won the Most Special Prizes (Maria, with five), which kind of telegraphs the final result since there were only six special prizes)

But first a last farewell from Miss Quest 2005

The field is narrowed to Maria and Nikki, and tension mounts palpably (moi just likes saying "palpably")
