Erika's Annex Page 243 - The Search for the Goddess

Moi had it on good authority that moi might see a rare public appearance by moi's daughter, the Goddess of Asia, if moi took moi's self to the Lodge this evening. Ever intrepid, moi prepared for moi's quest, loading moi's camera, making moi pretty and stopping along moi's way to seek the help of fortifying stimulants from a local Starbies. Would moi be disappointed or would moi's endeavors be crowned by success? The suspense is palpable isn't it?

Moi's first task was to canvas the native population, so moi set about interviewing (and posing them for interviewing)

Neither Nicki nor Kimberly claimed any knowledge of her whereabouts, either at a distance or closeup

Janet and Rose were each equally unaware of the location of the Goddess

Moi tried a new tack, interviewing people who would have NO knowledge of the Goddess (reverse psychology ploy)

Moi interviewing Asia to no avail

Moi was getting a tad discouraged. Then moi had a bright idea. Why not do some posing to see if moi could find inspiration?

There. Now moi feels refreshed. Back to the quest

TWG of the evening, Gillian could offer no clues, unfortunately

Never fear, however, the end of moi's quest was in sight

A flash of silky, brunette hair, a hint of an electric blue dress, an accessorized pink shoulder bag strap all signalled the Goddess's arrival.

Quickly, moi came to the ends of moi's search, one of which turned out to be that of the Goddess

Ta- DAH!! Goddess and Nicki

Her Goddessness, ever gracious, agreed to pose, as only Goddesses can pose

and a mother and child reunion was only a motion away
