Erika's Annex Page 155 - Quest for the Cover and ABWG

Always in search of the novel, the interesting and the just plain fun, moi took moi's self to another pageant - this time the Quest for the Cover pageant, organized by Girl Talk magazine, to benefit the Asian PAcific AIDS Intervention Team, at the El Rey Theatre. Unlike other pageants that have 20 or so girls and take FOREVER to finish, this one was limited to ten and proceeded at a nice pace, being over before 10 o'clock. Moi was unfortunately late, cos moi thought the 7 p.m. start time would translate to 8 p.m., drag time. Moi was wrong. ANYway, wait till the end to see the meaning of the enigmatic second part of moi's title.
